Synergetic Play Therapy

Synergetic Play Therapy™ (SPT) is a model of play therapy designed to re-pattern the disorganization in the lower brain centers.

In Synergetic Play Therapy, children’s behavioral and emotional struggles are understood as symptoms of a dys-regulated nervous system. Through the use of mindfulness, attunement, authentic expression, and neuroscience, Kiilea will support your child in gaining new tools to manage dys-regulation, ultimately facilitating the rewiring of your child’s brain. Resulting in greater integration, your child will develop healthy ways of feeling and expressing their emotions.
